Character Analysis: Copen Kamizono
Background Copen is the son of a famous scientist whose research detailed the dangerous threat that adepts pose to society. To honor his father’s dying wish, Copen sought to eradicate all Adepts from the world, believing them to be a threat that will eventually turn against humanity. Unfortunately, Copen would fail in his crusade to prevent an Adept takeover. Over a century later, Adepts would begin to rise in numbers over the years, and most of humanity would be wiped out by them, save for a select few known as Minos. After the Adept takeover, Copen would wander the Earth for years searching for the elusive “Butterfly Effect” (a device used to enhance Adepts) and save the Minos he ran into along the way.
